I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Houston, TX) in Sept 2022
Interview
No behavioral questions whatsoever. You sort of just go through your elevator pitch and then go straight to easy logic-based and technical questions. I didn't feel that it was a very productive interview.
Honestly, it felt like they had already come to a conclusion before the interview even happened. The interview itself was super easy and probably anyone with basic C experience could do it.
I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Coopersburg, PA)
Interview
First some questions related to electronics, in analog related to voltage behavior with capacitors and buttons/resistors, and digital basic interactions with a microcontroler, then a coding question in C with some questions regarding pointer management
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you access the contents of a pointer in your function?
