Process starts with a phone screen, then there is a technical interview, and then there is an imagination / creativity exercise. Last two aren't necessarily in order, sometimes they can be lumped into one day.

The recruiters were very nice, involved phone call with HR about behavioral questions. Then talked to an engineer and they asked basic questions like how do you manufacture a pen.
Multi step interview process with technical and non technical portions. Technical portions exceptionally challenging, interviewers highly experienced and knowledgeable. Non-technical portion very imaginative and also challenging in a different respect.
