In person, interviewed with department manager and company owner. General discussion of job role, software used, workflow process and my past work experiences. Interview ended with a facility tour of the various different departments at the Thomaston location.

Big component of the work is non-standard, one-off designs and therefore there's there's very little scheduling projection beyond 2-3 weeks for design assignments.
