They asked me to do an assessment, and I thought that's where all of the good questions came from. The assessment wasn't for client work—it was actually very creative and thorough. They asked questions like, "How do we follow this earned media moment so that our audience is inclined to take action?" to "Do you think if we connected X to Y in your concept, that it would create a better total consumer journey?" Long story short, they challenged me to demonstrate how I think in the interview, and I don't think many places do that so well.
