M/H interview questions

Great from start to finish. A bit lengthy (5 conversations) but that is common for agencies at least. Everyone was super kind, funny and the conversations were very natural. No stuffy b.s or pretentious attitudes here!

I had applied for a job on LinkedIn the day the position was announced. Less than a week later, I was contacted by Katie, the recruiter, for a phone screening. The phone screening was about 30 minutes long and was fairly straight-forward. On that call, I was asked to come in to meet with the Hiring Manager and the person who was leaving the position that was being filled. The in-person was about two hours long and I thoroughly enjoyed it. About three days later, I was contacted to come in and meet the team the following week. I spoke to four different employees and found myself feeling extremely welcomed and part of the team. A week after meeting the team, I received a rejection email stating that they needed someone with more managerial experience. In summary, I'm disappointed I didn't get the job because I adore this agency and the people in it so much. On the flip side, Katie was a fantastic recruiter and I have never felt more welcomed and communicated with during the interview process. The office is also extremely adorable!
