I applied through university. I interviewed at M-Rad Inc.
Interview
The process is quite smooth and fast. It only took less than 15 minutes. No tricky questions, just basic questions about the portfolio and experience. It was conducted through a virtual meeting.
The interview took place at a corner warehouse during a hot August day. No air conditioning in the house, three people working on their iMacs in the heat. The space reminded me of a sweat shop.
The boss sat down and flipped through my portfolio with little interest, asking my to pick two projects and describe them in short summary.
The boss gave me no information on the firm. Didn't tell me what I would be working on. The interview took a combined 5 mins.
Why did I waste my time driving there? I don't know why. Please avoid this shady and unprofessional office.
