Someone from HR reached out directly via email, asking for interested candidates to send her a resume, and apply online. I then scheduled a phone interview with her for the following week. After the phone interview, which consisted mainly of behavioral and background questions, she immediately sent me a booklet via email containing all the available departments where they were looking to hire an MDP, and asked me to send her a list of five departments I wanted to work in. HR then scheduled interviews in Buffalo and Wilmington, DE, taking care of transportation and hotels as well.
