Good process, strong communication from HR, pretty standard finance and accounting questions for someone out of college. HR got back to me within 2 weeks of the interview with an offer
HR, hiring manager, peer interviews in this order.
Positive experience overall. The waiting period was long while the company decided to not have the open position any more. This was perhaps out of the team's control.
The recruiter seemed rushed/hurried in their questions. The salary range was rather broad, so I asked for details on what constituted the higher end of the range (which aligned with my years of experience in the role). The response was curt. If a role has levels (e.g. junior vs senior), please indicate the details of the levels in the job description. Had that information been provided, it would have helped in the decision process to apply. It saves the recruiter and the applicant time if it's clear the applicant's experience exceeds the true level of the role.

Question 1
As expected, questions about my expected salary, when it was clear they had a budget for the role. Just provide that and save the time.
