I interviewed at M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. (Tucson, AZ)
Interview
I met with four different engineers in a room. They asked standard engineering related interview questions. Each person asked some questions. They gave me a tour of the office. It was fine.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. (Tucson, AZ) in Jun 2022
Interview
HR called me and asked if I could come in for an interview. A panel of company leads and HR interviewed me for 1.25 hours, and I felt like we left on a comfortable first-name basis. This is a brand new position at M3, so we're all figuring it out together, but they're very down to earth people.

Question 1
If you disagree with your trainer, what would you do?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online via their website's form, they followed up with a phone call. They first called me to interview for an Engineering Designer position, although I applied and am qualifies with a BS in Engineering. When I called and inquired if I could interview for the Engineer position, their response was to "just tell them when I get there, they're interviewing for all positions", which I thought was awkward as they wouldn't know what position to even ask questions about. Drive my family the 15 hours to Charlotte for interview on Friday afternoon- they ask me why I'm relocating and tell me that I'm using them as a step to get to Charlotte and that I didn't want the job? Very awkward, unprofessional and unorganized. Would not recommend.
