      Scrum Master Interview

      22 Jul 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at M3

      Interview

Interviewed for a Scrum Master position with M3. The interviews themselves were ok. My issue was with the length of the interview process, which took over a month. The interviews consisted of a call with the recruiter, a call with the hiring manager, an in person interview with the hiring manager, then a panel interview, all of which were on different days. The company seemed great but if you are in a rush to find a job, this may not be the place to interview.

There are times our interview process can take a while - we select our team members carefully and our goal is to hire someone who will stay and become an integral part of our team. Sometimes the process can be slow, especially with summer vacations or holidays. But thank you for the review, and your interest and perhaps one day we will try again!
