There was barely an interview at all. You are delivering pizzas. So long as your record looks good, you got a good car, and you come to the interview looking decent you got the job.

Walked in and was interviewed by a manager that had never given an interview before. I could tell he was not prepared and having conducted interviews myself I helped him with the information he needed from me.
