Interview
hr interview; assessment; individual interview; panel interview. hr interview lasts for 15-20 minutes, about 5 questions. The RMT program is opened until the end of March, and the short-listed candidates will have to do several assessment within the middle of March and end of April.
The interview with the HR went well, she was really nice and laid out the fundamentals that I am required to know for this role and also the interview process which has quite a few stages; from HR interview > panel interviews / group activities > individual interview. It is good to research more in advance and show your interest
Smooth and fast. Updates frequently. Interview process is very well-structured. Very easy instructions to get to the office as well. Overall good HR, explains the contract and the benefits very well.
