I went through 3 interviews. The first two by skip and phone and the third one in Esbjerg. Before the first and the third interviews a Professional Learning Indicator (PLI) test was performed. The interviews were carried out by a HR specialist, the hiring manager, a manager from another area in the company to whom I would provide services and by a corporate director.
