I have never seen a more disorganized company in my life when it comes to an interview. I received a phone call for a phone interview for Southwest Airlines as a customer service representative. They informed me it would be contract work and the pay was only 16 an hour. After doing the phone interview I was invited to an in person interview. They wanted me to come in at 2pm the next day. They were not flexible and don't understand that not every one they interview is unemployed with an open schedule. Later this same company contacted me a second time about working for them. I decided why not and we agreed on a phone interview. The manager told me to call the office and gave the wrong phone number in the e-mail. We had to go back and forth before she apologized for her mistake. Like the Southwest job they offered the pay was low. I have also been contacted several other times by them, but when I have a question about benefits and salary they will ignore you.
