There are usually 3 interviews for executive grade interviews. HR -> HOD -> BU Head. Usually no hard technical questions will be asked. They just look how much enthusiastic and passionate you are about the job. They also consider how retainable you are.

Three interviews were held for this position. First interview with Technical GM, Then HR Manager and Lastly with Director only lasted few minutes. first two interviews were about 10-15 mins.
