There were three different interviews. The first one with HR, second with the HR manager and the last with the Director/ line manager. The first interview was held online but I had to be present physically for the other two. They were direct and honest with the requirements.

I was called for an initial interview on 25th April 2016.The HR executive who calls you will be profiling you based on your experience, education and expectations. Usually Business Analyst interviews are a two to three level process. I was called for a face to face scheduled on 28th April 2016 with your prospective immediate managers or the senior business analysts. During this interview, you are analysed based on three competencies; interview, paper based and report writing. I was called for my final interview on 10th May 2016. Usually, a second interview is conducted by a director and the final interview by the CEO or the immediate director you are going to be assigned to.

The appointment date was confirmed through a call. The Interview process is a 3 round interview process. The first interview being at the cluster( MAS Intimates ) of the company where the vacancy arose. The first interview was a presentation and Panel interview by the management.
