I went in person to fill out the application, along with a copy of my updated resume. I read from the script, which wasn't that bad. And I was hired right there on the spot. I had to report for training first before they put me on the phone.

Interview
Very Easy, over the phone. Asked a couple questions and did a overview of the entire job, very informative, and explained everything throughly. overall it took about 15/20 minutes for everything to be completed.
