Firstly I was called in to complete a maths test and written response test, nothing too difficult. Then I was invited to an assessment center which took place in a meeting room with about 12 other candidates. Firstly we were paired up with another candidate who we informally interviewed and then introduced to everyone else in the room. Then we watched someone give a presentation on the MDU and were allowed to ask questions - a good opportunity to make yourself stand out. Then we listened to a customer service call and had a debate on what was good/bad about it. Finally there was a memory test and a game where we had to describe a photo to our partner and they had to draw what they thought it was - to test our communication skills. The assessment center was very relaxed and actually quite enjoyable - nowhere near as intense as I expected. After passing this I was invited to a one-on-one interview which was more focused on how interested and committed you are to the role - i.e. are you likely to stay with the company for a long time or will you leave soon to follow your degree subject. All in all the process wasn't too difficult and gives you a lot of opportunity to properly show your personality and skills.

Was contacted by the recruiter and invited in to complete a maths test which was not too difficult and to write a response to a sample email complaint. Then after this I was invited for an interview at the MDU. Overall it was pretty straightforward and the questions they asked were standard.
