the interview process is divided into 3 parts; 1st is an initial interview then a c8 interview and then a final interview / presentation. The initial interview for the role made me feel really welcome, it made me strive harder to want to work here. My interviewers were an immediate vibe and it was the first time I felt that way upon meeting other designers like me. I personally liked the 3-part C8 interview process. It didn't feel like I was just checking off boxes or trying to fit perfectly into the job description. Instead, I felt like they really got to know more about me as a person, (even more than I expected to know of myself even!) it honestly made me feel confident that this is a place where I could grow and succeed over the long run. Lastly, I enjoyed the final presentation even as I was nervous. again through this process they got to know more about me AND my craft and how I work on my creative process. It was very nerve-wracking but I felt supported by the interviewers so i felt at ease eventually.
