Started with an initial phone screen, trial project including a written piece of work and producing a recorded presentation, then some psychometric and number tests, then some written interview style questions and an in person interview and finally a morning trial shift which was difficult to arrange. On the trial shift give you 3 tasks that you would be hard pushed to finish within the 3 hours. They critiqued one of their own slides when giving me feedback on a powerpoint presentation.
