MFS Consulting Engineers interview questions

I was interviewed by 2 of the partners, the project administrator, and the marketing coordinator. I had never had more than a 1 on 1 interview but they made me feel comfortable right away. After the interview, they gave me a tour of the office and introduced me to everyone. They were professional but personable and I left knowing I wanted to work for MFS.

The interview was in a relaxed environment, by two of the three main partners of the company. They were really nice and responsive. Not your traditional interview by a recruiting officer. The company is a multi-discipline MBE/DBE/SBE/SBA 8(a) certified civil engineering and design consulting firm, it seems to have the more friendly working environment of small companies.
