We had a 30 minute discussion on my overall background and asked me questions following up. Very knowledgeable and does his job very well. He gave me a background on the company, the growth and their goals in the upcoming years.

Interview
I was a volunteer in the organization for nine years. I began taking on leadership roles in my fifth year as a volunteer. The members and governance were appreciative of my ideas, work ethics and my passion for the work. The Executive Director resigned and they asked me to step in.
