Started with a programming assessment that landed me an interview with their office in NY. The in-person interview was much more behavioral in nature, less-so tech focused. Company culture, and making sure I was an actual fit with the company, was the priority.

hiring interview was initially thru phone and then in person. Phone questions including developer languages for java, c#. In person interview included solving problems (scheduling, threads) etc.
