Applicato tramite Linkedin per una posizione presso una nota azienda in provincia di Varese. Processo in tre fasi: colloquio conoscitivo, colloquio tecnico con responsabile del team e colloquio finale in inglese con il country manager, il tutto in meno di due settimane, difficoltà media e feedback molto veloce.
Dopodiché mi dicono che nonostante il mio profilo sia ideale, la posizione per cui ho fatto domanda in realtà non è confermata dal cliente. Rimango quindi disponibile a lavorare presso un qualsiasi altro cliente nel Nord Italia o all'estero, ma purtroppo non ci sono progetti confermati presso altri clienti. Perdita di tempo ingiustificata

I only had one 30 min-interview with the HR who was kind for a position as a junior project engineer. Classic HR interview basically. The recruitment process had to be stopped after the first interview because they need their collaborators to be accredited to work in the space industry (French nationality, clean criminal record, etc.) even thought the collaborators don't want to work in the spatial industry and I didn't match all these conditions. I think this kind of critical condition should be given right from the start on the job offer to avoid wasting the time of candidates and the company. The HR person also switched in english for a few questions to test my english skills.
