Il processo selettivo si compone di vari step: 1. breve colloquio telefonico con HR 2. primo colloquio videotelefonico con HR (circa 40 minuti, motivazione, esperienze pregresse, definizioni e nozioni su alcuni aspetti in merito alla posizione) 3. colloquio tecnico con un manager, molto dettagliato, è necessario preparare una presentazione powerpoint su alcuni topic, metà in inglese 4. colloquio finale stile "esame": viene presentato un case study in cui si andranno ad analizzare costi, tempi ecc, totalmente in inglese

1 screen interview, 1 online interview, and one in person interview. In house recruiter was a nice guy, but the interviewer and line manager had an ego about himself. Was condescending in my answers, and thought highly of himself, despite lacking nuance in his character, as if he was something else other than a project manager. Got offered a place in the final interview stage, but declined.
