La partie avec la RH s'est très bien déroulée. En revanche, l'entretien avec le manager a été une véritable déception. J'ai eu l'impression qu'il découvrait mon CV au moment même de l'entretien, alors qu'il était censé en avoir pris connaissance au préalable. Son attitude m'a également donné le sentiment d'être prise de haut. Enfin, l'entretien a été écourté dès que j'ai indiqué la ville dans laquelle je résidais.

Te inscribes en una vacante, y te empiezan a marear entre todas las vacantes disponibles. Te hacen una entrevista con la persona encargada del talento, luego con un business manager, luego con otro, y en ningún momento te comentan alineación con la banda salarial ofrecida. Por lo tanto, te hacen perder el tiempo cuando desde el primer momento podrían saber si se alinea lo ofrecido con lo esperado por la persona.
