Interview
Lengthy, bureaucratic - typical of a GLC company. Archaic forms and process. There was an initial interview with the hiring/functional manager (1:1). Subsequently, a panel interview with at least 3 people from different departments. Before both interview, had to complete and IQ/psychometric test, and write an essay.
