Interview
The interview process was incredibly smooth. Recruiters were very communicative and supportive throughout the entire process. The team at MISO makes you feel very welcome and they really try to learn about you as a human being during the interview process.
Called from HR about position, time scheduled for phone interview with HR. After passing that, I met through video online with my potential intern manager. After that, I was giving an acceptance later in the week. Whole process was less than 2 weeks

Apply online in late fall -> phone screen with HR after a couple weeks-> in-person or Skype interview with hiring manager after another week or two-> decision after a week. Fairly streamlined and straightforward process
