The process took 4 days. I interviewed at MK Revolution
Interview
I signed up for the first round interview, the link didn’t work and I was rescheduled for later that day. They made it sound like only a few people would be pushed on from the first round group interview. I was already skeptical. The second round was long and I was asked many questions. Then the CEO called me at 7pm on Saturday to formally invite me to PIVOT but when I looked up the address I found it was called MK Revolution.

Interview
looks like a scam company. in the first interview I asked for the office address and they didn't want to tell me. then I realize there are other companies that work with them using different companies name. after I asked them about it, they didn't answer me anymore.

Interview
Declined after 2nd round, I felt an MLM vibe to the whole process. The process was moving too quickly. 1st round interview was online via Zoom, 15 or so people of all ages and mostly inexperienced. The woman said she was conducting multiple group interviews that day. The 2nd round for chosen people was immediately the next day at 8 am, 1 on 1 with another company member. But immediately following that I was texted a link to fill a survey and wait for instructions by 6pm to know if I would reach the 3rd round. The survey was FILLED with typos, misspelled words like :customer" and "soonest" I told the interviewer via text I'll have the survey questionnaire done by noon, 3 hours from the end of the interview and he followed up with "the sooner you get it done the better, remember we have hundreds of applicants" That alone made me feel rushed from already rushed interview process. in just 12 hours I had the 1st and 2nd round interview. I know any credible company interviews take weeks and there's a lot of thinking and decision making involved, it seemed like an MLM or maybe referral based commision was involved. Also their job title doesn't match the role described in the interview . I applied for Digital Marketing with the intent to do that but they want to train you to do face to face sales, HR, interviews and eventually be a regional director and have your own team and I didn't sign up for all that. Definitely a pyramid.
