1st round with two people from the Dallas team. Personality assessment after that. 2nd interview a few days after with two other people. They were very easy going interviews, I enjoyed the people and the conversation a lot. Nice people.

Interview
It was a pretty simple process. It went a brief phone screen to talk about interests and evaluate fit. They then thing you into the office where you meet more people and have pretty broad-based discussions about real estate.
