Phone screening, followed by in person with HR and partner. Prompt process. Was a bit challenging due to COVID requirements at time. Pretty good process. Nice office in down town Edmonton.

Pre-screen by someone in HR. Completed an assignment that same week that took 2 hours. Pretty straightforward. Was told feedback would be given within two weeks…two months later, nothing. They kept saying they would get back to me, they were busy, and other excuses. The same job has continued to be reposted. I expected better from MNP. HR needs to do better, and not ghost candidates for no reason if this is any indication of how the co. functions, I would stay away. Thanks for wasting my time!
