The interview process was actually quite standard and, as such, went well. To begin with, there was an interview with the lead developer. This was successful and went to the next round, which involved three people: the lead developer from before, a member of HR and the HR director. I received a call, from the recruitment agent, three working days after this second and final stage of the interview, to be told that I had been successful, but that HR had not yet decided upon exact remuneration. I was told I would receive another call with remuneration and start date details later. Later that day, I received a call from the same agent, to be informed that the decision had been back-tracked, and that the HR department had decided that my technical skills were not adequate. I advise candidates to be cautious.
