I applied online and was contacted within 2 hours to arrange a Phone Interview. The interview was arranged with ease, however, when the arranged time came I answered and was cut off due to connection difficulties. I recalled the number but it was never answered. They did not try recontacting me. I emailed and another interview time was arranged for later that day. I never received a call. I was annoyed by this stage as I was very enthusiastic about this job and had put a lot of research in for the interview. I once again emailed enquiring about my application process and if the interview would go ahead and could be rearranged. Third time lucky, the interview went ahead. It was a short 10-15 min interview. I apologised over the connection problems initially, however, the recruiter never apologised even though this issue could have been from their end. The interview was basic, pretty easy going. I was told at the end they would be in contact either at the end of the day or the following morning. I never heard back. I made a follow up email thanking the recruiter for finding time to rearrange and carry out the interview and enquired about the process of my application but still didnt hear a thing, despite the position still being advertised on different job sites and their own.
