MPOWER Financing Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview included 1 round of general discussion, 2 rounds of Technical discussions, 1 round of Culture fit and 1 discussion with the VP. After completing all these rounds at the time of rolling out the offer they converted the role to a Contract rather than full time employment. I think it saves everyone's time if these things are disclosed before the start of Interview process not after 5 rounds.
