Met at a career fair. Basic discussion of experience and education. About a week later was invited to an online call. Zoom call with two engineers where further qualifications were discussed and an engineering problem was posed for solving in real time.

Interview
I applied online through our campus job portal and got an email from the recruiter to schedule an interview with one of the managers. The interview was on campus, in-person and lasted about 45-50 minutes. The questions were mostly technical and he asked me about my past projects as well. However, I've been waiting for a month to hear back regarding the results and the recruiter didn't respond to my email after I followed up.

Interview
one hour on campus interview, then full day of interviews (with 2 more 1 hour technical interviews) at the office in Arlington. technical questions aren't extremely difficult but require on the spot critical thinking
