Communications were efficient, clear and considerate of my time. The team was open, smart and prepared to both answer my questions honestly and ask thoughtful questions of me. The role as well articulated and my expectations were well managed.

Interview
Interview process was honestly not great. Had an MRM recruiter reach out to me about the position, I went through 1 introductory phone call followed by 4 interviews. After my fourth interview, I was told the position was put on hold.
About 2 months later, the same recruiter reached out to me to let me know they wanted to extend an offer. I waited 2 weeks before I was told that the position was being put on hold again until 2026. I withdrew after that.

After standing me up on a call, my interview with the recruiter was scheduled. The initial screening went fine, and then you guessed it. Ghosted. I understand that supply is through the roof with talent, but remember we're people. Be respectful.
