Interview
Met with 10 different MRPC employees ranging from the CEO to Engineering, Sales Director, Quality Manager to Human Resources and was there for over 4 hours. This was after several interviews that took place over the phone. The entire timeframe for this process was about two months.

Interview
Thorough interview, lasted about an hour. About half the questions were seemingly unrelated to the position. There was a one-on-one part that was fairly easy but the group interview included three of the top people (company isn't huge) and was a little more unnerving. The bald guy was very intimidating.
