online/easy,had classs to go to for training.had to pass a background check..Had to a have valid California drivers license.Had to pass a drug test.The drive to get the background check was about an hour and 15 minutes away.It took a week for the results to return.Some took 2 or 3 weeks.mine was a 3 day return

The interview was great and hiring was super smooth!! Mv Transportation needed drivers at this time and luckily I was there at the time. The interviewer was out because of a family emergency but I was interviewed by another staff member who did a good job.
