I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MVF (London, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Dragged out process, MVF looked like they were taking their time in finding the right candidate without having a particular date to fill the position.
I applied in Autumn 2016 and was short-listed and invited to record a video interview in January 2017.
The team looked like they were overbooked and could not stay on top of all the applications, I had to call and email a number of times to get information.
This is a junior position, so the video interview questions were very easy, however their technology was failing and it took much longer to set it up than it should have.
MVF promise feedback on video interviews within a few days.
I am confident that my video interview went very well with strong examples to illustrate my experience, however to date (end of February) I still haven't received any feedback.
Overall, I was left with impression that MVF do not live up to the image they are trying to build. Must be very busy and new talent isn't their priority judging by how they act.
Perhaps a good company for first and second jobbers, but not more IMHO.
