The interview was setup after I wrote a test that they gave to me to do with more than enough time to complete. The interview was me with 3 other people. Interview lasted close to 2 hours but really did not feel that long - was more like an informal chat.
Unfortunately, I had a scheduled interview that resulted in a no-show from the recruitment team even as I tried to follow-up.
While I recognize that schedules can shift, the lack of a heads-up or a follow-up email after 24 hours makes it difficult to recommend the candidate experience here.
