I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MacAndrews & Forbes (New York, NY) in Jun 2019
Interview
I met with 4 people—one being the recruiter and then 3 current employees in the executive office. Basically all the interviews were a series of “how tough are you?” questions because the CEO is a madman and they all seem afraid of him.
The interview was very casual, and not at all indicative of the actual company culture. I was interviewed by a current EA and did not meet the executives until I actually started the job.

Interview
Found the position via a recruiter. I met with 4-5 people. Lasted about 2 hours. No particularly tough questions but hr team did a deep dive into my resume. They also wanted to ensure I had tough skin. However they didn’t let me know of their decision until 2 months later.
