Very friendly. Asked what I was most interested in. I wasn't a typical hire because I already knew management on a personal level but from what I observed in subsequent hires, the interview process is friendly and relaxed. The attorneys here really are friendly and supportive of each other. They work fast and efficiently and give associates space to work independently before gathering for meetings. If that's the type of worker you are then this firm really is perfect for you.
