I applied through Handshake. There was an initial phone screen interview for 15 minutes which they rescheduled once due to their scheduling conflicts. Interview itself went well. Next round was in person interview with Managing Director Casey Smith They rescheduled once with this meeting as well. Once I had arrived for the interview finally, they told me the MD was not in that day and a team leader took my interview. The interview itself went well, it was questions plus a case study section which you needed to bring your laptop for. The interviewer expressed he was impressed with my performance. He told me they would let me know of the decision in a week or so. They did not get back to me for two weeks and I had to keep following up. Eventually they rejected me saying they want to go for someone "who has a strong focus on expert network industry". They did not respond with any feedback when I asked. This whole process took almost 2 months. This place seems like a total scam. I would say stay away.

It went smoothly. I first talked to one of the associates and then an interview with a director. The first one was 15 minutes and the second one 30-40 minutes.
