Applied on school job board. Had the interview on campus (UW). Just asked about my resume and experience with PLCs. Easy going interviewer, nothing to stress about. After the offer was made on the job board, had to go in to the Guelph location (Polycon) and sign forms for the contract, start/end date, etc.
Interview process was good, nothing unexpected.

5 - 10 min Phone screening and then 1 hr inperson interview for a coop position. It was few basic behavioural questions (STAR), about my resume and basic electrical questions.
