MagnaFlow interview questions

I had a phone interview and 2 in person interviews and was ghosted after the 3rd interview, never received a rejection, which is unprofessional after asking a candidate to come in for multiple interview rounds. Their job candidate pool is also their target market- why not just send a quick email instead of leaving a bad impression of the company?
