I was asked my strengths and weaknesses. I was asked what kind of experience I had with problem solving and customer service. I was asked about basic computer skills and how quickly I could learn new processes and database systems. I was asked about some hypothetical situations of problems that might occur and how I would handle them.

the interview process took longer than i thought it would. 1 recruiter interview over the phone to discuss the job. Then 1 phone interviews with various management members. Then an in house interview with people on conference call and the team leads. 1 final google webcam interview with IT director
