It’s not too much to ask, and that’s usually what we strive for because it’s the right thing to do. Unfortunately, current industry layoff trends have resulted in an overwhelming number of applicants and our team is struggling to keep up with our desired quality of service. I’m sorry we haven’t been able to keep up. We’re not sure if it’s AI applications we’re experiencing (or just industry layoffs) but as an anecdote: we opened a position for a few days, and got more than 500 applicants. We aren’t set up to handle that volume and are trying to adjust. Again, thanks for understanding the dilemma and please know it’s not because we don’t care.
