Great team contribution to the process and level of involvement. The time with the managers was an impactful way to get a snapshot of operations. Happened at a time of good volume, so I had a Birdseye view of what a typical evening looked like.

The interview process was fairly easy. They asked behavior based questions. If offered a position they have you spend "a day in the life" as an associate before being officially hired on the see if you would truly be a fit for the company and vice versa.
