For both my interviews, the staff was extremely professional and nice. They answered all my questions and made me look forward to joining their team. By far, this was one of the only places I've applied for that I really hoped to be apart of the staff!

Question 1
What was an instance where working in customer service was rewarding?
The Interview process was pretty easy. Had 2 interviews, one with the General Manager and the other one with the Games Manager. Both are great people. The interview was just about getting to know me and introducing the company to me.
2 interviews with nice managers who just needed to know my schedule and if I was a student. They also asked if I was into in getting certified for the ropes course. I said no but was still hired on the spot.

Shown around the building and told responsibilities with also demonstrations of how to operate the things available in the building such as bowling and laser tag. Given a schedule of what time I should expect to be at work and the exceptions I have
