Although I meet the listed qualifications and currently perform the same responsibilities in my current role, I left feeling that the evaluation may not have been entirely objective and may have been influenced by internal dynamics. Overall, the tone felt more judgmental than welcoming.

Question 1
If a manager position opened up, would you take it?
I applied online and then did a phone screen and met the manager of this role. I was offered another interview and it took them up until the day before they explicitly said they wanted to do the the interview to schedule it and I had to be the one to follow up. Then, less than 2 hours before the interview, I get an email that they hired someone and they had to cancel someone which means I took off of work for no reason and wasted my time. The interviews were barely interviews as they just talked about how much they needed someone and were desperate for help and I answered maybe one or two questions per interview. Seems very disorganized and I am certainly miffed by how the process ended.
